Ivan Kuzmich Makarov (1822 – 1897, Russian
van Kuzmich Makarov (Russian: بâàي تَçüىè÷ جàêàًîâ, March 23, 1822, Saransk[a]—April 9, 1897, Saint Petersburg) was a Russian painter. He was a son of the serf painter Kuzma Aleksandrovich Makarov. Under the education of Alexey Markov, Ivan Makarov chose the portrait painting, participating also in paintings of Spassky Cathedral.
Ivan Makarov traveled to Berlin, Dresden, Munich, Venice and Bologna, spending more than one and a half year in Rome.
Ivan Makarov was born in 1822. He had occupations including artist and painter. He died in 1897 at the age of 75 years old.
